William Richard Carter

William was born on October 14th, 1956.  William's father is William Daniel Carter and his mother was Margaret Jean Goody.  His maternal grandparents were Richard Henry Goody and Selina Margaret  M Radford. He has a sister named Denise.  He is the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother named Daniel.
