Abraham Rodrigues Brandon
Abraham was born in 1766.
Lived in St Michael Parish, Barbados.
He used some 200 slaves to run his Hopeland plantation in St. Michael Parish and whose name adorns Brandon’s Beach on the west coast near the former plantation.

Records show that he was a West Indian Sugar Plantation owner and shipper.
Died in St Michael, Barbados five days after his son, Alfred.
Died at the age of 65 on June 6th, 1831.
