Howard J Sparkhall

Howard was born in 1946.  Howard's father is Leslie G F Sparkhall and his mother is Ivy Caroline Mary Cheshire.  His maternal grandparents were Frederick Mark Cheshire and Mary Goody.  He is an only child.
