Hephzibah was born in 1826.
Parish records at the time of her marriage to Henry show that her father' name was Thomas Pettitt and that he was a Shoemaker.
1841 Census shows that she was 15 years of age and living in Cheveley, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire.

Death was registered between Oct-Dec 1848 in Newmarket Registration District.
Parish records show that she was buried at All Saints Church, Kirtling, Cambridgeshire on 26th October 1848.
She died of consumption.
Died at the age of 22 in 1848.
