Linda K Otter

Linda was born on March 23rd, 1956.  Linda's father was Charles F Philip Otter and her mother is Kathleen M Street.  Her paternal grandparents were Ernest Otter and Nora Marguerite Goodey. She had a brother named Michael.  She is the younger of the two children.
