Philip W O'Connell

Philip was born in 1955.  Philip's father is William R O'Connell and his mother is Pamela J Watson.  His paternal grandfather is William Joseph Arthur O'Connell and his paternal grandmother was Janet Hyman. He has two sisters named Diane and Janet.  He is the oldest of the three children.
