Male John Steele Goody

John was born on April 3rd, 1885.  John's father was Thomas Goody and his mother is Mary Steele.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Goody and Emily Reeve. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, Wilfred, Emily, Martha, Elizabeth, Mabel, Edith and Alice.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.

General Notes

1891 Canadian Census shows that he was 6 years of age, born in Ontario, religion was shown as Church of England. The family were living in Cobourg Town, Northumberland West, Ontario, Canada.  His parents were shown as his father being born in England and his mother in Scotland.
1901 Canadian census shows that he was 16 years of age and living in Cobourg, Northumberland.

At the time of his death his occupation was shown as Carpenter.

Death Notes

According to information from Ontario, Canada, Deaths, 1869-1936, John was 25 years 2 months and 22 days of age athe time of his death which was caused by Tuberculosis of the Lungs.
His death was registered by Mary Goody on 28 June 1910. Died at the age of 25 on June 25th, 1910.
