Male Daniel Goody

Daniel was born on June 26th, 1803.  Daniel's father was Daniel Goody and his mother was Anne Siggins.  His paternal grandparents were Daniel Goody and Sarah Woollard. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James, William, John, George, Joseph, George, Mary Ann and Emma.  He was the oldest of the nine children.

General Notes

Christened on 9th December 1803 at St Dunstan & All Saints' Church, Stepney, London, England.  He was residing in Mile End Old Town and his father was a soldier at the time of his christening.
1851 Census shows that he was 48 years of age, living in Stepney, Middlesex and that he did not have any employment.
1871 Census shows that he was 67 years of age and living in Stepney, Ratcliff.

Occupation Details

Parish records at the time of his daughter, Emily's christening show that he was a Bricklayer.

Death Notes

Died whilst residing in Bromley Street, Ratcliff, London. His burial date was 20th December 1878.  He was buried in Tower Hamlets Cemetery, he was 75 years of age, the ceremony was performed by F Birch.  Died at the age of 75 on December 20th, 1878.

Daniel and Sarah were married on October 10th, 1833.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Alfred, Edwin and Emily.
Married in Old Church, St Pancras, London.
