Fred was born in 1889.

General Notes

Birth was registered between April-June 1889 in Guisborough Registration District.
His parents names were Robert Carver and Louisa Hall.
1891 Census shows that he was 2 years of age, born in Skelton, Yorkshire and living in 48 Scarth Street, Skelton, Yorkshire.
1911 Census shows that he was 22 years of age, born in Brotton, Yorkshire and living in 7 Slanghow Road, Lingdale, Yorkshire.
War records show that at the time of his death his effects and money to given to Miss Martha Freeman.

Death Notes

He was died on 10th July 1916 whilst serving as a Private, Service Number 19402 in the 8th Battalion of the Yorkshire Regiment at the time of the Battle of the Somme.
He is rememebered on Pier and Face 3 A and 3 D of the Thiepval Memorial in France. Died at the age of 27 on July 10th, 1916.
