Rachel Nicole Higgins Williams

Rachel was born on July 11th, 1996.  Rachel's father is Bobby Vernon Higgins and her mother is Gabrielle Marie Williams.  Her maternal grandparents are Lawrence John Williams and Neva Michelle Brandon. She has a brother named Robert.  She is the younger of the two children. She had a half-sister named Sarah.
