Justin Charles Perkins

Justin was born on September 7th, 1998.  Justin's father is Jon Richard Perkins and his mother is Susan Elaine Williams.  His maternal grandparents are Lawrence John Williams and Neva Michelle Brandon. He has a sister named Lauryn.  He is the older of the two children.
