Dylan Hendry Fraley

Dylan was born on February 2nd, 2012.  Dylan's father is Robert John Willey and his mother is Emily Phyllis Gibson.  His paternal grandparents are Barry Alexander Willey and Anne Fraley. He has a brother named Dexter.  He is the older of the two children.
